VITO RESTAINO  is the proprietor of ROSSI'S.
Born on a farm on the outskirts of Bella, in Potenza, Italy, he learned to appreciate fresh produce and
traditional Italian recipes. And believe you me, when you've tasted the best, nothing else will surfice.
Vito is a charming gentleman, one of very few, but when it comes to his food, there is no leniance. 
His pride and passion emanates through his presentation of food, service, and customer care.

Vito has many plans for ROSSI'S and you will see transformations take place, but only the kind that will
enhance and improve the performance of this already beautiful ITALIAN RESTAURANT. I say performance,
because I mean that Italians take their dinning and food experience very seriously, and each time they sit
down to enjoy a meal it must always taste like the best one they've ever had...every time!!
